Do you have to feed Newborn cockatiel or do the parents of bird it?

Cockatiel parents typically feed their newborn chicks. If, for some reason, the parents are unable or unwilling to feed the chicks, then it is the responsibility of the bird's owner to hand-feed them in order to ensure their survival.
