Can a womans eggs still be collected if she is fixed?

No.

A woman is considered "fixed" when her fallopian tubes have been removed or blocked, or when her ovaries have been removed. Once the fallopian tubes or ovaries are removed, it is no longer possible to collect eggs for the purpose of in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
