How long do Wood pigeons live for on average?

Wood pigeons (Columba Palumbus) have a lifespan of about 5 years in the wild. Some individuals may live for longer period however, there are very few cases where they reached 10 or more years. These birds are susceptible to various threats, including predation by hawks, falcons and owls, hunting, habitat loss and disease.
