Do falcons ever hunt during the night?

Falcons are diurnal raptors, meaning that they are active during the day and sleep at night. They have excellent eyesight and hearing, which they use to hunt for prey during the day. Their eyes are adapted to low-light conditions, but they are not able to see in total darkness. Therefore, falcons do not typically hunt during the night.
