Female hyenas do not have male genitalia. However, they do have an enlarged clitoris that can look similar to a penis. This clitoris is also highly innervated, meaning it can be pleasurable to stimulate. Additionally, female hyenas have a pouch that opens under the tail. This pouch is used for both birthing and mating.
