Can you regester a mixed breed in akc?

The American Kennel Club (AKC) is a registry for purebred dogs. Mixed-breed dogs are not eligible for AKC registration. However, there are many other registries that accept mixed-breed dogs, such as the American Canine Association (ACA) and the United Kennel Club (UKC).
