What is an animal that looks like a cross between chipmunk and prarie dog lives in Wisconsin?

The only Wisconsin animals that superficially resemble both chipmunks and prairie dogs are the two species of ground squirrels that live in the state: the Franklin's ground squirrel (Poliocitellus franklinii) and the thirteen-lined ground squirrel (Ictidomys tridecemlineatus).
