What are pet insurance licensing requirements in Missouri?

In order to sell or service a pet insurance policy or contract under Section 380.455, RSMo, any business seeking to provide pet insurance products in Missouri must hold either a resident insurance agent license or a surplus lines broker’s license from the Missouri Department of Insurance.
