Did Andy Warhol have a dog?

Andy Warhol did have a dog. She was a silver dachshund-mix named Archie. Archie was a constant presence in Warhol's life, often found at his side in his studio, The Factory. Warhol was an avid dog lover and, in addition to Archie, had other Dachshunds throughout his life.
