Are dogs allowed at Philippe Park?

Dogs are allowed at Philippe Park, but they must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Dogs are not allowed in any buildings, including the playground, restrooms, and picnic shelters. Dogs are also not allowed on the beach from May 15 to September 15.
