All dog breeds have tails.
Some breeds have tails that are naturally docked (cut short) or have their tails docked as a puppy for various reasons, such as tradition or to prevent injuries.
However, all dogs are born with tails, and even those with docked tails technically still have a tail, just a shorter one.
