Puppy Strangle is a condition that occurs when the soft tissue around a pet’s neck becomes too tight, restricting the flow of blood to the brain. Puppy strangle is not fatal but can cause symptoms including:

- Loss of consciousness

- Difficulty breathing

- Seizures

- Blindness

- Paralysis
