Do Victorian Bulldogs have the same complications that leads to a c-section as English bulldogs do?

There is no such thing as a Victorian Bulldog. There are English Bulldogs though and English Bulldogs were bred to have narrow hips for more efficient birthing with the help of humans if needed, but not always necessary.
