What is mutualism in a cougar?

Cougars, also known as mountain lions, are not known for mutualistic relationships. Mutualism refers to a type of symbiotic relationship in which both participating species benefit from the interaction. There are no known examples of cougars engaging in mutualistic relationships with other species.
