Are yellow and blue tangs endangered?

The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) lists the yellow tang (Zebrasoma flavescens) as "near threatened" and the blue tang (Paracanthurus hepatus) as "vulnerable" due to overfishing and habitat degradation.
