Do flamingos live in the Amazon?

Flamingos do not live in the Amazon rainforest. They typically inhabit shallow bodies of water, such as lakes, lagoons, and swamps, in tropical and subtropical regions. Flamingos are found in South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. In South America, they are mostly found in the pampas of Argentina, Uruguay, and southern Brazil.
