Where is a hermit crabs mouth?

A hermit crab's mouth is located underneath its head, on the ventral side, or the underside of its body. It's tucked in between its pair of maxillipeds (mouthparts that help with feeding), which are the two small, leg-like appendages on either side of its mouth.
