Why there any mammals bigger than a blue whale?

The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is the largest living mammal. It can reach a length of 33 meters and weigh up to 190 tonnes, making it the largest animal ever recorded. There are no known mammals larger than a blue whale.
