Why do pumba and timon dance for the hyenas?

Timon and Pumbaa do not dance for the hyenas. In the movie The Lion King, Timon and Pumbaa live by the motto "Hakuna Matata" and avoid trouble. They would not willingly put themselves in danger by dancing for the hyenas, who are their natural enemies.
