Have aliens ever come to earth?

There is no definitive evidence that aliens have visited Earth. While there have been numerous reported UFO sightings, no physical evidence has ever been found to confirm the existence of extraterrestrial life. However, the vastness of the universe and the billions of galaxies suggest that it is statistically likely that other intelligent life forms exist, even if they have not yet made contact with humans.
