Óscar Rafael de Jesús Arias Sánchez (; born September 13, 1940) is a Costa Rican politician, economist, writer, and Nobel Peace Prize recipient who served as the 40th President of Costa Rica from 1986 to 1990, and again from 2006 to 2010. As of today(February 4 2023), according to wikipedia he lives in Heredia, Costa Rica.
