How many tigers are left in world?

As of 2022, it is estimated that there are around 3,900 tigers left in the wild. Tigers today only exist in pockets spread across 13 tiger range countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Russia, Thailand and Vietnam.
