Is a x ray tetra mammal?

X-ray tetras (Pristella maxillaris) are not mammals. They belong to the class Actinopterygii, which includes bony fish. Mammals, on the other hand, are a distinct class of animals characterized by features such as mammary glands, hair or fur, and the ability to give birth to live young.
