When should a farmer help cow give birth?

Farmers should only intervene to assist a cow in giving birth if there are signs of trouble, such as the cow being in labor for more than 4 hours, the calf's feet not being visible after 2 hours of straining, or the cow showing signs of distress. In these situations, it is best to contact a veterinarian or experienced livestock farmer for assistance.
