What animals are in a troupe?

The term "troupe" is most commonly associated with monkeys, specifically baboons.

A baboon troupe can consist of anywhere from 5 to 200 individuals, and is usually made up of related females, their offspring, and a few adult males.

While other animals might be found in groups, the term "troupe" is not typically used for them.
