Are Giraffes Poached by poachers for anything?

Giraffes are poached for their skin, meat, fur, bones and tails, and also for trophies. Giraffes are killed even at a higher rate now than before. Giraffes are considered highly endangered and their numbers are estimated at less than 100,000 now in the wild.
