What habitat do mountain bluebirds live in?

Mountain bluebirds inhabit open coniferous forests, meadows, shrublands, and alpine tundra from Alaska and western Canada to the mountains of the western US and Mexico. They breed mostly in the mountains and migrate to lower elevations in winter.
