What species of penguins live in the tundra?

No penguins live in the tundra as it is too far north and too cold. Penguins are native to the Southern Hemisphere and are generally restricted to the polar and subpolar regions of Antarctica and South Africa as well as New Zealand and southern South America and Australia.
