When is a Maltese fully grown?

Maltese reach their full adult size when they are about 12 months old. Some may continue growing for a few months after this point, but they will not reach a significant difference in size. At 12 months, a Maltese is considered to be fully grown and will have reached the adult weight and size for their breed.
