Who is the designer behind POME duck boots?

There is no designer behind POME duck boots. POME is an acronym for "Project On My Environment", which is a collaborative project between the University of Oregon and the City of Portland. The boots were designed by a team of students and faculty from the University of Oregon's Product Design program, in collaboration with the City of Portland's Bureau of Environmental Services.
