Rabbits are mammals and reproduce sexually. This means that females (does) need to mate with a male (buck) to become pregnant.
It's important to understand the difference between mating and other forms of physical contact. While two female rabbits might engage in playful or affectionate behavior, this is not mating and will not result in pregnancy.
