Why horse faster than crocodile?

A horse is not faster than a crocodile. In fact, crocodiles are known for their speed, both in water and on land. While a horse can reach speeds of up to 55 mph, a crocodile can reach speeds of up to 20 mph in water and 12 mph on land.
