What do sea horse eat?

Sea horses feed primarily on small crustaceans, such as brine shrimp, mysid shrimp, krill, and amphipods. They use their long, tube-like snouts to suck in their prey. Sea horses are not able to chew, so they swallow their food whole. They have a special digestive system that helps them to digest the hard shells of their prey.
