Would a buckskin Lusitania be good beginner horse?

Lusitanos, regardless of their color, are not suitable as beginner horses. They are a hot-blooded, sensitive, and powerful breed that requires experienced handling and training. Bucks skin is a coat color, not a breed of horse.
