How tall is a macropod?

Macropod is a group of marsupials including the kangaroos and wallabies. Depending on the species, the size of macropods can vary greatly. For example, the Red Kangaroo (Macropus rufus) can grow to be up to 1.8 metres (5 feet 9 inches) tall, while the Parma Wallaby (Macropus parma) is only about 45 centimetres (17.7 inches) tall.
