Can a human swim in blue whales vein?

The answer is No.

A blue whale's veins are too small and too thin for a human to swim in. The largest blood vessel in a blue whale is the aorta, which has a diameter of about 12 inches. A human would not be able to fit through this vessel, and even if they could, they would be crushed by the blood pressure, which can reach up to 3,000 psi.
