How muchof a load must be held by the manta ray anchor when locker is used?

When the locker is used, the wind load on the foreside of the sail is reduced by 50 per cent. However, the manta ray anchor must still be able to hold the reduced wind load of the sail area remaining exposed and the combined windage area of the stack.
