Where does cod come from?

Cod is a type of demersal fish, which means that it lives on or near the bottom of the ocean. It is found in the North Atlantic Ocean, including the waters around Iceland, Greenland, northern Europe, and northeastern North America. Cod can also be found in the Arctic Ocean, the Bering Sea, and the Sea of Okhotsk.
