How do you know the gender of tinfoil fish?

Tinfoil fish are a species of fish in the family Monodactylidae. They are native to the Indo-Pacific region and are found in coral reefs and mangrove swamps. Tinfoil fish are not sexually dimorphic, meaning that males and females look alike. Therefore, it is not possible to know the gender of a tinfoil fish by looking at it.
