Where was mountain chicken form?

The name Mountain chicken is commonly used to refer to two species of large tropical frogs native to the Caribbean:

Leptodactylus fallax, found on certain Lesser Antillean islands

Leptodactylus vastus, found on Jamaica and Hispaniola.

The name is also sometimes used to refer to the giant bullfrog, Conraua goliath, from Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea.
