Where do girbils live?

Gerbils are small rodents that are native to the deserts of Mongolia, China, and some other parts of Asia. They live in burrows that they dig in the sand, and they are able to survive in very dry conditions. Gerbils are social animals, and they typically live in groups of up to 100 individuals.
