What is the meaning of bottlebrushy?

Resembling a bottlebrush, a cylindrical brush having a compact cylindrical head formed of bristles fastened into it perpendicularly to the axis, i.e. having bristles around its entire circumference, as, for example, in the male flowers (i.e. stamens) of the bottlebrush shrub (Callistemon).
