How do parent robins get rid of their dead babies?

Robins do not intentionally get rid of their dead babies. Like most birds, robins will generally push the dead nestling out of the nest and it will be eaten by predators or scavengers. Robins are caring parents and will do everything they can to keep their young alive, however, they are not able to bring a dead baby back to life.
