Where do hyenas sleep?

Hyenas commonly make dens to use as shelter to sleep under and rest throughout the day. Different species may use the hollows of trees, clefts in rock or caves while others will dig large burrowed dens into the soil on flat, arid landscapes or in hillsides depending on location, terrain, available vegetation and prey.
