Do male lice bugs lay eggs?

Male lice do not lay eggs. Only female lice lay eggs.

Here's why:

* Reproduction: Lice reproduce sexually, and the female lice are the ones who produce the eggs.

* Eggs: The eggs are called "nits" and are typically attached to hair shafts.

So, while both male and female lice are involved in the reproductive process, only female lice are responsible for laying the eggs.
