As of 2021, The Komodo Dragon Population is estimated to be less than 1,400 individuals. Komodo dragons are only found in the Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia, with a population of about 1,380 spread out over five main islands: Komodo, Rinca, Flores, Gili Motang, and Nusa Kode.
