What time of year do male and female rabbits mate?

Male and female domestic rabbits breed year-round. Domesticated rabbits in particular don't have specific mating seasons. Wild species of rabbits, however, typically breed in the spring and produce several litters of young throughout the year. However, domestic rabbits can breed and have litters at any time of the year.
