How many babies do banana spiders have?

Banana spiders do not give birth to live babies. Instead, they lay eggs. A single female banana spider can lay up to 3,000 eggs at a time, which she wraps in a silken cocoon. The eggs will hatch into spiderlings after about 2-4 weeks.
