Can the dogs have babies on sims 2 pets for ds?

Unfortunately, dogs cannot have babies in The Sims 2 Pets for DS. While the game allows you to care for pets and even have them interact with each other, the breeding and reproduction mechanics are not included in the handheld version.

You can still have fun with your virtual pets, but you won't be able to experience the joy of raising a litter of puppies in this game.
