Why are raccoon enemies to bald eagles?

Raccoons are not enemies to bald eagles, and in fact, there are no documented instances of raccoons preying on bald eagles or negatively affecting their populations. It is possible for the two species to coexist peacefully, as they both occupy different ecological niches and generally do not compete for resources.
